Michelin starred restaurant. Seared tuna with borlotti bean puree; turbot confit with fresh asparagus; clams; spaghetti di gragnano with mussels, calamari, sea urchin, bottarga, shrimp; gnocchi with lardo, fresh fava beans, black truffle. Tableside prepared roast duck.

Local cheese shop. Tony's chef friend made uvo raviolo.

Vineyard. The chef in the vineyard's kitchen made tagliatelle. They ate it outside with a Sangiovese made at the vineyard.
